CrowdStrike斥近5亿美元收购Fiddler AI和Dreadnode，加码AI代理安全
据TechCrunch 11月4日报道，网络安全公司CrowdStrike宣布收购AI安全初创公司Fiddler AI和Dreadnode，以扩展对AI模型与代理的监控、测试和防护能力。据《华尔街日报》报道，两笔交易总额接近US$500 million，其中Fiddler AI约US$400 million，Dreadnode约US$95 million。
Fiddler AI提供企业内AI代理的可观测性软件，将并入CrowdStrike Falcon平台，成为Falcon Observe，帮助客户在代理部署前评估并监控其行为，将相关数据作为遥测信息输入平台。Dreadnode帮助企业在AI模型、应用和代理上线前自动化安全测试以发现缺陷，其软件将整合进Falcon Guardian，测试结果将以安全策略建议形式输入。
